S & Co was founded with a simple idea: property maintenance should be reliable, straightforward and carried out to a standard you can be proud of. With over a decade of experience in the industry, we’ve seen first-hand what landlords, agents and property owners struggle with  missed appointments, poor communication and work that doesn’t last. S & Co was created to be the opposite of that.
